While most international organizations have a centralised strategy and are focused on the development of countries with high ROI, such as India, China, USA and Indonesia, SOS is focused on the sustainability of every national association in the world. Among other regions, Eastern Europe has been investing in the committed giving segment over the last 4 years and we can already see the fruits of this.

This session will give all attendees a much better in-depth understanding of how SOS Children’s Villages have managed to increase the number of individual donors in the last four years in the Eastern European market by 400%. It will provide practical insights on what cultivation and fundraising tools have worked for us in our region.
