Viki Ward Viki started her fundraising career in 2011 in the world of alumni fundraising. In what she describes as a ‘crash course’ in how to do individual fundraising, from direct mail, face to face, telephone, legacy and events fundraising, Viki still uses many of these important and valuable tools in her work, 7 years on. Now the Head of Fundraising at the British Youth Council, Viki has a successful track record in diversifying income, developing donor relationships and starting a fundraising department from scratch, while continuously being an ambassador for #DonorLove.
