Žaneta Gregorová Žaneta has been the Individual Fundraising Team Leader at Hnutí DUHA (Friends of the Earth Czech Republic) for two years. Providing donor services and building a retention strategy she leads a team of five to increase profit from individual donors by 15 % every year. She focuses on the content of campaigns, lead generation challenge, application of new methods and cooperation with other parts of the organization. Her passion is to represent the organization, speak about involving people and philanthropy and active members of the team. This year she became Vice-President for the Coalition for Easy Giving.
