The session will provide a complete toolbox with which to build organisational and fundraising strategies. You will be familiarized with the most common and most-used strategic tools, including strategic group analysis, blue ocean strategy and Porter’s 5 forces analysis. You will have to answer five questions critical to the fundraising strategy of your organization. You will also learn how to use Osterwalder’s business model generation tool to build a complete model for a succesfully functioning organization.
