2doGood Communication (RO)

Cătălin is a fundraising and nonprofit communications expert with over a decade of experience in the Romanian NGO sector. He is the co-founder of 2doGood, a communications and fundraising agency specialising in supporting nonprofits, and the founder of the Center for Communication Resources, an initiative dedicated to strengthening fundraising, governance and strategic communication across the sector.

His main areas of expertise are fundraising communications and nonprofit management. Cătălin has provided consultancy and training for over 100 organisations in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, and has served in both fundraising and leadership roles. He has led or contributed to campaigns focused on individual digital giving, corporate fundraising and donor stewardship. In recent years, he has worked with several major national organisations in Romania, supporting narrative repositioning, fundraising infrastructure development and strategic planning processes.

In parallel, Cătălin teaches public relations at the University of Bucharest and is pursuing a PhD in philanthropy communication. He also conducts research on the nonprofit sector in Romania as part of his academic and professional work. Over the past three years, he has facilitated workshops at conferences and sector events across Central and Eastern Europe.
