Jan Uekermann Jan has worked in fundraising since 2002 and is an internationally recognised consultant, trainer, and coach specialising in fundraising, communication, and leadership. He is the co-founder of the Major Giving Institute (2013), co-founder of the Leaders of Tomorrow DACH Foundation (2021), and serves as a trainer for the CEE edition of the Leaders of Tomorrow programme. In addition, he is currently the Capital Campaign Lead at Greenpeace Switzerland. Jan is the author of three professional books on fundraising and has published numerous articles for *German Fundraising Magazine*. He regularly advises nonprofit organisations and supports changemakers in developing fundraising teams, strategic donor relationships, and effective leadership.
