The fee for all program components includes conference materials (including presentations from the CEE Fundraising Conferences 2022-2025 in English),  as well as coffee and refreshments throughout the conference, lunch, and a party with live music on 15 October.

The number of delegates is limited. Registration runs until 11 October 2026 or until the number of available seats is filled. The registration is valid only after the fee has been credited to the account of the organiser before the event(s). Cancellation of participation by a delegate is possible until 13 September 2026, after this date a refund is not possible.
