This session will not only introduce you to the mechanics of prospect research, but also teach you how to carry it out effectively and confidently – saving you time and resources.

  • Understand the set-up and structure of Prospect Research.
  • Recognise the research stages and understand how to complete each of these stages confidently.
  • Successfully identify prospects and confidently use resources online to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Classify a donor’s wealth and estimate their gift capacity.
  • Ensure due diligence on prospects is carried out, including the use of due diligence and ethical checks.
